Note from FAN: One of the uses of these antimicrobials is to prevent "bottle bloom" in glass bottles containing beverages (soda, juice, wine, beer) and quite possibly baby food. According to the manufacturer we can expect a residue of 0.5 ppm Fluoride to leach from the bottle from this use. These antimicrobials were formally under the purview of US FDA and are now being regulated by US EPA Office of Pesticides.
