To suspend temporarily the duty on benzeneacetic acid, (E,E)-a-(-(methoxyimino)-2[[[[1-[3-trifluoromethyl) phenyl] ethylidene]amino]oxy]methyl]-, methyl ester.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SUSPENSION OF DUTY ON BENZENEACETIC ACID, (E,E)-a-(-(METHOXYIMINO)-2[[[[1-[3-TRIFLUOROMETHYL) PHENYL] ETHYLIDENE]AMINO]OXY]METHYL]-, METHYL ESTER.

(a) IN GENERAL- Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking heading 9902.29.41 and inserting the following new heading:
