FAP 3H5665. Valent U.S.A. Corp., 1333 N. California Blvd., Suite 600, P.O. Box 8025, Walnut Creek, CA 94596-8025, proposes to amend 40 CFR part 186 by establishing a feed additive regulation to permit residues of Resource, pentyl 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-(3,4,5,6- tetrahydrophthalimido)phenoxyacetate, of Resource Herbicide, in or on soybean hulls at 0.02 ppm.
