September 25, 2002, US EPA established an import
tolerance for residues of tolylfluanid in or on imported
apple, grape, hop, and tomato. Bayer Corporation requested
this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic
Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act
(FQPA) of 1996.
