(a) General. Tolerances are established for the combined residues of
the herbicide norflurazon
(4-chloro-5-(methylamino)-2-(alpha, alpha,
alpha-trifluoro-m-tolyl)-3-(2H)-pyridazinone) and its desmethyl metabolite
4-chloro-5-(amino)-2-al pha, al pha, al pha-tri fluoro-m-tolyl)-3(2H)-pyridazinone
in or on the following raw agricultural commodities:

(b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are
established for residues of the herbicide norflurazon
(4-chloro-5-
(methylamino)-2-(alpha, alpha, alpha-trifluoro-m-tolyl)-3-
(2H)pyridazinone) and its desmethyl metabolite 4-chloro-5-(amino)-2-
alpha, alpha, alpha-trifluoro-

m-tolyl)-3(2H)-pyridazinone in connection with use of the pesticide
under section 18 emergency exemptions granted by EPA. The tolerances are
specified in the following table. The tolerances expire and will be
revoked on the date specified in the table by EPA.
