Stay Informed
- Check to see if your community is fluoridated, when it started, and what chemicals are currently being used.
- Be part of the action! Sign up for FAN’s e-mail bulletins. You’ll receive breaking news, advocacy updates, and opportunities to help influence fluoride policy in your area.
- Read the latest fluoride news. Use the scrolls at the top of the page to see news from specific countries or states.
- Order the brand new book The Case Against Fluoride by Paul Connett, PhD, James Beck, MD, PhD, and H. S. Micklem, DPhil. Called a"painstakingly researched exposé of fluoridation's overall ineffectiveness and toxicity”, it is a must read for anyone interested in fluoride issues.
- If you’re a student, choose fluoride policy issues for your research projects or papers. Students in your class will be exposed to the issue, and professors sometimes even use student ideas for their own research projects.
Spread the Word
- Get your friends, family, and co-workers involved. Tell-a-friend about the dangers of fluoride exposure.
- Put a free FAN bumper sticker on your car.
- Spread the word locally. Distribute FAN literature in your community, collect petition signatures, and sign people up for our newsletters.
- Organize a house party or community viewing of our 28-minute long professionally produced film Professional Perspectives using the online version, or order the DVD here.
- If you're a talk radio listener, call in and express support for reforming our fluoride laws. Even if the subject being discussed isn't explicitly about fluoride, many related issues can be a springboard for urging reform.
- Contact FAN for help in arranging meetings with your state legislators and congressional representatives. Personal face-to-face visits to these offices can have considerable influence on elected officials.
