Xenia will not add fluoride to drinking water

"Several city residents spoke against the plan when it was introduced Nov. 24, noting the plan failed in the past. The council voted 5-2 against it, with Council President Dennis Propes and Vice-President Bill Miller voting in favor.
“There are a lot of people out there who cannot afford to go to the dentist,” Miller said, saying flouride would improve the oral health of the city’s children..."
